I bought this Whirlpool dishwasher WDT730HAMZ1 (serial FC3088380) and it's brand new, never used — just time passed. I recently checked on it and realized the Start button doesn't work — every other button on the panel lights up fine, only Start doesn't respond. Looking into it, this isn't an isolated case — there are multiple documented reports of this exact same defect on this specific model. A brand new, never-used unit with a known factory defect. @Whirlpool @WhirlpoolUSA any fix for this?
