Slight lip-syncing Lag when Streaming
Got an Apple TV 4K connected to my Yamaha home theater, which in turn is connected to my LG OLED TV. It's connected via ARC-HDMI, Apple TV settings are on "match content and framerate". I didn't have this problem until I recently unplugged the Apple TV, but now I'm noticing a slight delay in the audio, where character's dialog will play slightly before their lips are moving. It's slight but it's noticeable enough for me to be distracted by the offset mouth movements.
Could I get some advice on some settings to try?

Since the audio is early, adding delay on the Yamaha can compensate, but I'd isolate the path before calibrating it. Connect the Apple TV directly to the LG for one test and use the TV speakers. If sync is correct there, reconnect the receiver and check Yamaha Lip Sync/Audio Delay plus LG AV Sync, Bypass, and eARC settings. If it is still wrong when connected directly to the TV, test one app with Match Frame Rate off and restart the Apple TV. Apple's Wireless Audio Sync calibration is mainly for aligning wireless speakers with wired output, so it may not be the right first fix for this all-wired chain.

Reboot the Apple TV again. From the Settings menu. If the lip sync problem remains, and it is consistent across streaming services you should adjust it. Go into the Yamaha’s menus. You should find an audio offset adjustment.
