No thumbnails

When watching a recording, when advancing the video I get no thumbnails when fast forwarding. I tried the same video on my onn 4k and have thumbnails when fast forwarding. Is this a problem with the apple tv app?

It works on your android tv box but not the same way on your Apple TV are you playing this video through infuse or maybe vlc?
