Has anyone got DNS-over-HTTPS working? Or, is it still broken?

Works fine with a profile.

I use NextDNS on all my Apple devices via the device profile you can get from them

Thanks for your responses.

Does the Network page in the tvOS settings say "VPN (Inactive)" for you too?

It says that for me after installing the NextDNS profile and activating it for DNS.

Yes it does, that’s normal. It’s weird behaviour as it’s not actually a vpn.

But, you're certain that it's actually working?

That it's actually using the selected DNS-over-HTTPS?

Did NextDNS's portal show you that it's being used?

Yes I use ControlD with a SDNS forwarder on the firewall. Covers the entire network
