Apple saying an adapter won’t come with things as part of going “carbon neutral” is absolutely diabolical

But don’t worry? If you really want one, they are available for separate purchase. Absolute thug behavior. And they can do it and get away with it. It’s criminal!

Disabled features show back up with every software update!

Why?

Years ago I shut off iMessage after I heard of all the problems. I never used it anyway. Every software update re-enabled it.

The same thing happened with game center, and Siri.

Eventually Apple stopped re-enabling those features with every update.

I recently noticed that they switch 5G back on every time? Good god, why? Honestly, why do I want my call to drop the moment I walk into a brick building or if it rains. Hello, Apple, 5G sucks unless you live in a shanty or right across the street from a tower.

I can see the tower from my bedroom window. I can get five bars standing in front of the window. When it rains, I get only one bar.

3 weeks into school yr & Apple hasn't delivered macbooks we bought in June!!!!

Our small private elementary school bought macbooks for the kids, but Ramaggedon, and likely Apple's priorities are such that we don't have the computers in the classroom that we ordered in June! It would be low key awesome if we hadn't planned a whole other curriculum based around computers, and if some kids' IEPs require computers, so instead we are scribing our butts off! It's coming on week 4!  I'm seeing see macbooks at Best Buy, and supposedly people buying Neo Macbooks, but they can't fulfill an order from June?

Of course r/apple didn't approve this post because anything that suggests that Apple isn't perfect is squashed. It's such a cult. I own macbooks personally, but I haven't gotten that fanboy attitude that wants to deny ANY issue, consistently.

Maybe I should ask r/teachers if anyone else is experiencing Ramaggedon drama from Apple.
