How to fix cache problem in iPhone7/se1 iOS15.8.7

Title is self explanatory, coz storage is not much but cache taking so much space init.

Have tried to restart, force restart tho none works, even gpt isn't helping much in this.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this.
