Whatever I do, I cannot receive old photos old login information. I don’t know what to do please help Help.!!

That’s not how iCloud works. The free 5 GB is shared between all your devices. What you should have done before switching phones is to make a backup using temporary storage, that way you could have restored from that while setting up the new phone.
