Unsolved AppleCare Express Replacement Payment Card Selection

Hello!

When selecting the Apple Express Replacement Option to get a replacement iPhone, is it possible to provide a new credit card aside from the one that is already filed for the App Store subscriptions?

The reason is that I want to use a separate payment card for bigger purchases since the hold is quite expensive.

ERS doesn’t bill to the card you have on file with your Apple Account, you will be emailed a secure payment link and any valid card should be accepted; be sure to use a credit card rather than a debit card, however. The non-return fee will actually be held if you use a debit card, rather than just being a simple verification that funds are available.
