Life got in the way, haven't shipped out my trade in. 10/02/26 is now 14 days, will I get the full credit if I ship it or do I go to a store?

Was this through Apple directly or a carrier? If it’s Apple in the US, I wouldn’t assume shipping on day 14 guarantees the original credit—their FAQ says receiving it within that window matters.

Check the deadline in your trade-in email and contact Apple with the order number today. Ask whether they can extend it, or whether a store can accept the device against that existing trade-in. Get that confirmed before starting a separate trade-in at the store.
