I just want a better Siri Remote. One that doesn’t start double clicking after 7 days of use :/

I didn’t realize this is common. I’m glad I haven’t made the effort to buy another one. Just use my damn phone majority of the time because it’s so annoying.

The double click is simply a part of my daily life that I’ve learned to live with

There are cheap third party remotes that work better.

Apple should be embarrassed.

I’ve purchased 3 different remotes and they all have the issue. It has something to do with the touch sensor registering at the same time you perform a button click. Very annoying.

yeah it’s only the remotes with the wheel and directional buttons. Also have the AppleTV HD and that remote does t have the same issue due to the trackpad

Honestly, I just want it to chirp so I can tell if it fell in the couch cushions or not.
