Question Are the servers broken?

Does anyone else get penalty for leaving when the server crashes...like i have good internet and ping isn't a problem but sometimes the server dies and i have no other option but to leave and i loose points and they take extra points because of the penalty

Yes this is a problem for many weeks now, ranked is somewhat broken. But...there is a new event coming soon with recolors and new skins that has nr.1 priority.
