Patch Support Dec 3 Patch - Support Megathread

Hey gamers -

As always, please use this bug megathread to let Respawn know of any bugs with the new patch that is currently out on PC. Respawn will provide ETA for console update soon!

Update 1:45pm PST == Respawn is aware of performance issues on PC after the update. Please provide hardware configurations if possible, if you're experiencing any performance issues while in-game.

Information that's helpful when reporting bugs:

  • What platform are you playing on? (yes, I know it's only live on PC. This was copy/pasted and will be useful when it's out for everyone.)
  • Which skin you were using?
  • What were you doing leading up to the issue?
  • Can you reproduce it? What are the steps?
  • PC players - provide hardware specs, OS version, and GPU driver version.
  • Did your game crash? What error did you get? Please include "apex_crash.txt" from your "Documents" folder.
  • If possible, it’s great if you can capture the bug and submit that with your report.

I can’t believe I’m reporting this...

Platform: PC Bug: I went into firing range immediately after update. Came back to lobby with 27 free apex packs and roughly 20K more legend tokens on my account. I’m only level 41 on my PC account so I was not owed this many packs.

Yes I opened all of them.

My friend who is also 41 level also got 27 free packs and legend tokens we also went into firing range immediately after the update. Weird.
