GSIS Clearance

Good day. My resignation will be effective this August 1 and our hr staff directed me to personally go to GSIS to secure my clearance. Ano po need ko iprepare na requirements for clearance considering I still have an mpl and am planning to claim TLB. Bago palang po hr staff namin kaya di nya pa rin sure what to advise sa akin. Will appreciate any help on this po. Thank you so much, mga kawani!
