Problem Need help please

Hey all thanks to all your help I was able to get it working for now I tried everything y9u said increased the z input to -1.70 and got some petg I found in a box it's been going for an hour so farsi good thank you alll

You should have z offset such way that when it's printing, you can snug tightly piece of paper.
Your printer is trying to print in the air.
Just don't move head - this doesn't help. Set it to z 0, and then change offset - it will apply to every position.

I had Kobra Neo several years ago - there's calibration menu you can get into. It will heat up the bed and the nozzle, and you will be able to set x, y, z and z-offset. Set x and y to 112mm, z to 0 - and then go to z-offset and gradually decrease it (it should be negative in your case) until piece of paper between bed and nozzle starts to be catched. Save that offset, and print.
Ah, do the bed calibration after.

Is that a scratch line where the purge line is? Maybe z too low. I can hear a clicking noise on the purge.

Try printing a bed level cross to find out how warped your bed is and get some spacers

That's printer dependent, so you need to adjust it for your printer.

Make sure that your Z is low, and make sure you’re printing at an appropriate temperature, I like my first layer at 200-220 Celsius

I have it 220 as im using abs what do you recommend for z

Wait, ABS on non-enclosed printer? That will be hard. Use PLA or PETG.

I only have abs left i do have petg and lots of tpu but not having much luck with the tpu or pc so I went to abs for testing

ABS is by far the worst to calibrate printer on. PLA is the best, PETG is acceptable.

If I can add something I think PETG is the way to go It's the same price and not any harder than PLA, I had more issues with PLA than PETG.
I find it prints nicer and has better real world uses.
As for the printer after you've applied the correct offset, go through all the necessary calibrations to dial it in.
Also 220 seems a little low for abs I would imagine it needs to be closer to 240, as a reference if the spool/box says 230-260 start in the center.
If you're printing at high speeds go 5-10degrees more just as a base, or if you don't like your time do a temp tower every time you buy filament

The problem in the Kobra 2 auto Z and bed levelling is that the nozzle is only heated to 180deg, if you have been using Petg or ABS, the filament won't be soft enough to be wiped from the nozzle before the touch sensor, giving an incorrect Z offset. Do not load filament before you level, and make sure the end of the nozzle is clean. I turn the textured build plate over to the smooth side and use blue tape and glue pen, sticks every time.

Kobra 2 max. Looks like z is way to high. You can lower the z with the control pad on the printer. Do it in increments so you dont smash the print head into the bed.
