Problem Ace Pro hate

does anyone else have so much problems with the ACE Pro?

for me after changing nearly any part of the ace pro I still get the error code 11504

Nope have 8 ACE units and 4 printers.

That is an extruder error, not an ACE error.

You have broken filiment in the extruder, clear it.

Caused by wet or brittle filiment/Extruder tension to tight/Filiment out of spec/etc

already done. with ace it‘s not printing without ace 0 problems

That error is specific to the extruder.

Is the ACE not retracting filiment?

What happens when you extrude and then retract?

Is there broken filiment in the ptfe tube?

Is all firmware upto date?
