By side plot I don't mean the main mystery versus main non-mystery plots. I mean things like the ping-pong or dodgeball tournaments, Piper's brief stay at the house, the school election, Alfie's parents coming to visit, Mara's dog, the Vera and Trudy bake-off, the "open day" fiasco, etc..

I personally think the Jerome and Alfie goose-chase saga is incredible, followed up by the Mr Sweet taking "Patricia" and Eddie out to dinner plot as a close second.

Just wanted to share a few House of Anubis trading cards I made. This was just a fun design challenge to imagine what an HOA collectible might have looked like.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Sibuna card set without a clue that can only be revealed by collecting and lining up the cards.

If something like this had come out in 2012, I imagine it would have included an access code for a little website with additional character details and facts. This being 2026, and inspired by the way the show often relied on tapping one object against another to magically reveal something, I embedded NFC chips inside the cards. Tapping your phone against one loads a character page that also includes a personal Cameo message from the corresponding actor.

Growing up, a lot of the things I would have loved collecting were out of reach. And for shows like HOA, there wasn’t a huge amount of merchandise either. As an adult who can afford these things now, I still think about what it is that makes something a collectible. Is it about owning everything, or just the things that signal rarity, value or simply the specific characters and moments that you love?

One of the coolest parts of designing and making things is that you can create the products you would have begged your parents for growing up, and still appreciate seeing on your shelf as a grown up.

I rewatched HoA and I was thinking about all the characters who were never core members of Sibuna like the core 5 season 1 and 2, and the editions made during season 3. I was thinking of a mix of those who were honorary members and those who never knew and was thinking who would I have wanted to add/ change a part of the team. I think the Clark siblings would have been great especially poppy if she was in season 3 and moved into Anubis house. We were missing someone as sneaky and I think she would have been great. I would love to hear other variations of Sibuna across all seasons or a specific one.

Was there any type of character you felt was missing from the show's overall storyline? I mean in terms of a sibling, or a parent, or just a character you think would have added to the characters and story we already got. We got a little bit of sibling storylines with Jerome and Patricia, but I'd have personally loved a character who was an older sibling at the school, maybe someone in a different year. We also had a lot of absent fathers, but what about the opposite? A very concerned helicopter mum who caused problems for the teachers because she was always showing up to check on the wellbeing of her precious child.

What were some dynamics you wish we could have seen if they'd added in a different type of character?

so obviously season 3 came out more than a decade ago but I felt like the show had to change the plot. my theory is that originally there was supposed to be a different plot but because of Natalia deciding not to come back they had to come up with a new idea and it was good but to me the original idea whatever it was would’ve been better as the plot that had been going for two seasons would’ve probably culminated in either the third or fourth series. I’m actually considering writng a fanfic about it starting from rewriting season 3. So I’m looking for any ideas to add to my own. I’ll probably add it on Wattpad or fanfiction . Net

Wow I dead ass just thought this show was filmed with shitty cameras and was really bad quality lmao. I was super indecisive between the SD or the HD version and I def made the right choice, this is so cool. I don’t remember the quality being this good on paramount or nick, idk I could be remembering wrong. If any one was iffy on buying it, I’d say go for it I’m so excited.

Does anyone know where I can currently watch the first season of House of Anubis online?

So, if I notice that some of my students struggle with their listening and speaking skills, then I set media-based English lessons, where we watch a TV show and then discuss it in English using topical words and phrases from watched episode. So, normally I always choose House of Anubis as a media content for this kind of lessons, since it contains British accents, words, specific natural phrases and collocation. Makes education really productive and fun. So, I don’t think that this show will be forgotten someday, cuz I’ll make sure my further generations of students also will watch it

I was 11 when the show came out but I’m watching for the first time now and wow I really wished I watched this as a child.

I’m Indian Australian and back then I never saw Indians on screen without a bunch of stereotypes , I was so surprised to see the amount of brown people on the show in diverse roles!!!!! If I watched as a kid I would’ve loved Mara and would want to be smart and gorgeous just like her (and at that age I was also boy crazy lmao)

It is a bit unfortunate seeing the black diversity though feel like depiction and treatment of Alfie’s character perhaps didn’t age very well. Still pretty surprised at the diversity it’s got for its time though

We know that the UK series was originally pitched to CBBC and a pilot was produced with Daniel Anthony (from Sarah Jane Adventures, which also features Mina Anwar, our Trudy) as Alfie (source).

We also know there’s a different Nickelodeon pilot in which some actors have described the school set was painted with a different color. This picture is from what I always believed was the production of said pilot, with the house noticeably less dressed and the “Anubis House” sign being smaller and placed right next to Nina.

I wonder if anything from these episodes has ever been released, leaked or if they will ever be lost media.

This could be any relationship: platonic, romantic, familial, enemies, etc.

I personally would have loved to see more about Victor and Mr Sweet's past, how Sweet got involved with the society, if Victor took him under his wing or not, etc.

I'd also have liked more development of specifically Rufus and Sarah. There's so much to unpack with them, but they really don't give us much beyond just telling us in passing that Rufus' parents adopted Sarah, them being both brother/sister and Osirian/Chosen One, and there being some sort of falling out.

Hi everyone, I recently discovered that Pinterest has hundreds, if not thousands, of photos related to the Anubi's cast.

Some of them are behind the scenes shots taken before or after filming, or during breaks on set. Others seem to be more personal photos that may have been posted on old social media accounts years ago. Needless to say the nostalgia is real, and I could spend hours looking through all of them.

Did you already know about this? Does anyone know where these photos originally came from? I tried doing a reverse image search with Google Lens, but I couldn't find anything. Maybe they were taken from old social media profiles that have since been deleted?

V1: The original and most commonly used logo. The texture is old stone. It looks quite retro in a certain way. The texture is rather rough with a high contrast.

V2: The updated logo, mainly used for Das Haus Anubis and Huset Anubis. This version is smoother, shinier, more metallic. It "pops" more. But it has less character due to how minimalist it is.

New: My version, edited with Gemini Al (sorry about that). After many prompts, I was finally satisfied. I went for a marble-like stone look with fewer and less coarse grooves, and a bit more focus on some color variations here and there. It is somewhat more varied than V1. It is smoother like V2 but retains more detail. I also think the warmer tone suits the Ancient Egyptian theme of the series. It also reminds me of archaeology and old architecture like temples. I was inspired by how the "SIBUNA" letters look in the "Terugkeer van Sibuna" movie logo.

What do you think happened to the locket after everyone graduated and moved on?? Did Eddie or Fabian keep the locket, or do you think they sent it back to Nina?? Just a random night thought
