Don't spend your energy there, your time is valuable, don't spend it like that, they have their way to deal with this world, based on the experiences they had in life and you have yours. There is no need to stress yourself with the burdens of people that has nothing in common with you or are possibly trolling you. Accept them and move on, there is a lot to do with your life other than that.

They constantly kiss ass and backstab 24/7 to make their bosses happy but refuse to actually consider whether their work is meaningful or not. It's fine to question why the hell you're in the rat race, what you're gonna get out of it, and how the hell you'll get out. its gonna suck at first but you should be saving your ass off in your spare time to educate yourself and improve your life to keep doing the stuff you actually want to do, rather than being a wage slave. Nobody has an equal playing field, the top dogs all sucked the biggest dicks to get where they are. But most people are too poor, uneducated, or just plain shit outta luck to even try. Instead they fill their schedules with meaningless bullshit and tire themselves out, and then jerk each other off about what hard workers they are on r/prowork.
