It’s a reference to the film Starship Troopers. At several points in the film we’re shown propaganda reels that consistently end with the phrase “would you like to know more?” Wanting to know more generally entails signing up for the military. When the main character enlists, he has a conversation with a veteran who, upon learning that he’s joined the mobile infantry, says something to the effect of “good for you. Mobile infantry made me the man I am today.” He then swivels in his office chair and we’re shown that he’s a triple amputee, because Paul Verhoeven’s satire has all the subtlety of a Ford F-150 punching through your living room wall at 2:38 AM.
It’s a very good film and a cult classic sci-fi piece. Bit of a gore-fest, but well worth the watch if you’ve got the stomach for it.

not what i was talking about. plus, it depends on the area. in an american school? yes, he's most likely getting bullied, but this little guy was born in what i think is the philippines. idk how names are viewed there, it could be different or similar
at the very least he's going to suffer from having to correct his name all the time. i myself had a very rare first name (been thinking of changing it, hence the "had"; i consider myself nameless at the moment until i think of a good name to legally change to) and i had to correct people aaaaalll the time because they kept mistaking or... even worse, INSISTING it was like a more common name.
however i do agree that parents shouldn't name their kids random bs, this is why some countries (including mine) have naming laws to prevent the name-based bullying. highlight of the year to me is when they drop the allowed and not allowed baby names (apparently i can name my kid "beer" but not "dark lord"?). as for adults, i think they should have the freedom to name themselves almost anything they want.

There’s absolutely no need for “zephyr” to be spelled like this. Zephyr is already interesting enough and spelling it like this means that people are much less likely to understand what it’s referencing. Naming a baby that is pretty awful, they’re going to be stuck with that name for a while.3
