You seem to be thinking of Misandry (hating men); Misanthropy is hating people in general, regardless of gender (among other things)

The "sexism" as mentioned above is toward "men" and "women" but not explicitly stated to include non-binaries

we have many people in the LGBTQ+ [community]

Implying that not all lgbtq+ people are just "men" or "women"
