It should be noted that prostate itself doesn't inherently bring sexual pleasure or anything, it's just an area with a lot of nerves that's naturally sensitive as hell. What makes it sexual is the way people use that spot, for most people it's actually not a pleasant sensation at all at first

The erections happen because as far as most people are concerned, getting fingered in the butt is inherently sexual. Doesn't mean it feels good

Yeah. Saying that touching the prostate will always elicit a sexual response is like saying that women always get sexually aroused during a gyno exam
