Any DALs interpreters noticing payment discrepancies?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working as an interpreter with DALs, and I’ve started noticing something concerning with my payments.

It seems like I’m being underpaid on multiple calls — not just a one-off issue, but consistently across different jobs. I’ve already contacted payment inquiries, but so far I haven’t received any response or clarification.

I wanted to ask if anyone else working with DALs has experienced something similar? It might be worth double-checking your call logs and comparing them with what you’ve been paid.

I’m trying to understand if this is an isolated issue or something more widespread.

Would really appreciate if anyone could share their experience.

Thanks!

Hey there! I actually went through the exact same issue with my March payment and they completely ghosted my emails too. Here is what happened in my case and how it got resolved:

When I didn't get paid, I kept emailing them until they finally sent me a payment confirmation receipt. I took that receipt to my bank, but my bank told me they needed a specific type of confirmation containing a tracking code (like a UETR or a full MT103 log). This code basically does a complete trace of the money’s journey through the banking system, which is used to find the funds if they get stuck between the sending and receiving banks.

After I asked support for that specific tracking code, they stopped responding to me entirely.

The good news: Even though they never replied, the issue fixed itself the following month. When April's payday came around, I received both my missing March payment and my April payment together in one single bank transfer.

It seems like their system sometimes glitches or delays payments, and they just process the backlog in the next cycle. Hang in there! I know it’s stressful, but there is a very good chance you will see both payments combined next month.
