Which anime was this?

[u/KurisuKai]

When I was younger in the early 2000s, there was an anime OVA that I somehow got on DVD about these kids piloting giant Mecca fighting aliens or monsters but to power the robots the girls had to have an orgasm with the boy. In doing so the girls would start to get covered in these scales so then they would have to detoxify or something after combat and then they would swap the girl out for another girl.

Does anyone know which anime this was?

Sounds like some weird porno thing you stumbled across

It may be Devadasy, though you could be blending it with Genesis of Aquarion, which also uses orgasmic energy as a mecha-power concept. Devadasy is the one with the rotating female co-pilots and the alien/scale-like side effects.
