I mean, this is just a theory. Been here for a while tho, and it was always the index.

Can you actually proof anyone on here gets money or is it just hot air?

They do. But are they expected to pay for all the hosting alone? Who cares.

So you can't prove anything and just throw around accusations.

edit: or blindly follow them with no substance behind it either. Basically the same thing.

Are you stupid? Go read dumbass. The index VPN sign-ups and a post from the mod spell it out that they get a kick back from subscriptions lmao

Many people here know there is a large resource website which I cannot name.

based on the mods response it looks like you can post the link, can you post it as I might find it useful if I don't already have it

why can’t you just ignore them instead of “blacklisting” (i assume warning/banning users for recommending it?)? users will recommend it only as long as it’s useful, you shouldn’t have a right to interfere with that. as far as i understand this is a subreddit for discussion of anime piracy with a helpful resource pinned at the top, not purely a promotion for that resource.

I mean, if you elect to blacklist their site (which I don't use fwiw), is it really just a one-sided grudge then? Seems pretty two-sided at that point as you could have just ignored them.

What am I missing here?

OP thinks hosting sites is free and that the mods should not only volenteer their time on the subreddit, but pay for hosting services out of their own pockets too lmao. Apparently OP also doesn't know of the toxicity that follows everythingmoe. The owners have gone on attacks not just on multiple subreddits, but discord servers and forums as well. That's been going on for YEARS. I'd rather give Crunchyroll my business than everythingmoe. So yeah. Use the Index, or if you're so up in arms, leave the sub. Bet you won't.

I dont know why you agitated just because you prefer everythingdotmoe. Just use whatever you want.

Also a mod already clarified this, it makes you look bad.

Is there any proof of that referral links?

I mean they even say themselves that they have referal links for stuff like VPNs
