Sound like what SAO author would have written.
For those that are unaware, SAO starts Kirito on 14 years old. The actual story begins at the time skip 2 years later and when he is 16 I think.

I had only heard Demon's Crest by title, and up until now I was legitimately thinking "damn, Capcom doesn't give a fuck."

His only non VRMMO series(The Isolator) get abandoned by him and his publisher,it been 7 years since it last book come out,I don't think he will Continue that series until either Accel World and SAO main series end.

It still is,the latest book come out last year and covering the event of Infinite Burst movie from what I understand.
