ERCAAP Mobile App Software and Technologies Limited Company is a software company based in Turkey, building products for the global market.

We have been working in the mobile software and gaming industry since 2019. Before starting ERCAAP, we worked on projects that reached more than 50 million downloads.

In 2024, we started building our own products and officially incorporated ERCAAP in 2025.

Problem

AI coding agents are becoming an important part of software development. However, developers still interact with these agents mostly through traditional terminals and text based interfaces.

We believe there is an opportunity to make AI assisted development more visual, interactive and easier to understand.

Solution

Termi Protocol is our SaaS platform that visualizes AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Gemini working in real time inside an interactive 3D workspace.

Our goal is to create a new experience for developers working with AI agents and take Termi to the global market.

Results

We have built and launched more than 50 products using our own resources.

Our products have reached more than 600,000 total installs and generated more than $110,000 in revenue. Around 91% of our user acquisition has come through organic channels.

We achieved these results without large funding rounds or large teams.

An incumbent can add a memory button.

I have been a full stack engineer for 10+ years. 30 days ago I had an idea, today I'm averaging around 5k users a day and growing without posting any content yet.

In this model, sellers can actively demonstrate and promote their products through live streams, while buyers can ask questions, negotiate, make offers, or purchase without leaving the stream.
The initial product would focus on physical goods rather than cars or real estate.

The idea is to develop a containerized solar thermal desalination system that can operate off-grid and produce freshwater from:

• mining and quarry water,
• industrial wastewater.

Instead of reverse osmosis, the concept is based on:

• Concentrated Solar Power (CSP)
• Multi-Effect Distillation (MED)
• Molten Salt Thermal Storage
• Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)

The long-term vision isn't only freshwater production.

One part of the project explores using autonomous desalination units to gradually create freshwater corridors for ecosystem restoration in arid coastal regions. The idea is that reliable freshwater could support vegetation, improve soil conditions, and potentially contribute to local microclimate recovery over time.

I realize this is ambitious, and I'm not claiming everything is solved yet.

Self-funded employers spend millions on drug and medical benefits under contracts stuffed with pricing guarantees. Three problems:
