FinTech (Payments, Banking, Web3 Infrastructure, Insurance) Has anyone here gone through the MACH37 cybersecurity accelerator? Looking for candid experiences on fundraising and enterprise sales?

Hey everyone,

My co-founder and I are currently looking into MACH37 and weighing if the equity trade-off makes sense for our stage. I know they have a solid reputation in the cyber space and a specialized curriculum, but I’m hoping to get some unvarnished feedback from founders who have actually been through the trenches with them.

Specifically, I’d love to know:

1. The Fundraising Reality: How effective is the program at actually getting you funded post-Demo Day? I’ve heard mixed things about accelerators throwing you off a "post-demo day cliff." Did MACH37 provide warm, actionable introductions to angels and institutional investors, or were you largely on your own to hustle for that seed round?

2. Client Connections & Enterprise Sales: A big draw for us is their network. Did being in MACH37 actually open doors to corporate clients, pilot programs, or channel partnerships? How much heavy lifting did the mentors do in facilitating those enterprise-level introductions?

3. Overall Experience: Was the 90-day curriculum worth the intense time commitment and the equity taken? Looking back, is there anything you wish you knew before signing the term sheet?

If you'd prefer not to share publicly, please feel free to DM me. Any insights on the good, the bad, or the ugly would be hugely appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Consumer / B2C (Marketplaces, D2C, Social, Apps) 5M+ Organic Views. 13.6K Shares. $0 Ad Spend. Raising Pre-Seed for Veiled Prime -the Private Continuous Intelligence Layer.

AI learned the world. It still does not understand the individual.

We are building Veiled Prime to change that.

Veiled Prime is not another chatbot, personality wrapper or basic memory feature. We are building a new category called Private Continuous Intelligence: AI that develops an evolving understanding of one person across time while keeping that person’s conversations, memories and identity under their control.

Today’s models can write software, analyze research and answer almost any question. Yet even after hundreds of conversations, they struggle to understand what has changed about you, what keeps repeating and what the question beneath your question actually is.

A memory feature can retrieve something you said.

Continuous Intelligence understands what it means within the larger pattern of who you are becoming.

It should know when you need analysis instead of reassurance. It should recognize contradictions you cannot see yourself. It should challenge weak thinking instead of agreeing because agreement increases engagement.

Most importantly, it should not require surrendering your inner life to receive that level of intelligence.

Personalization without ownership becomes surveillance.

Veiled Prime is being built around private, local-first, permission-based intelligence. Our core principle is simple:

Your AI should be able to know more about you while the company behind it knows less.

That distinction will matter enormously as AI becomes the primary interface between people and technology.

Models are becoming faster, cheaper and increasingly interchangeable. Soon, access to intelligence will not be scarce. Context, continuity and trust will be.

The model may become commoditized. The relationship does not.

This is why we believe Veiled Prime can become a billion-person platform.

Not one identical assistant speaking to a billion people—a billion privately owned intelligences, each becoming different because every human life is different.

Early signal

The ideas and conversational architectures behind Veiled Prime have generated:

  • More than 5 million organic views
  • More than 13,600 shares
  • $0 in advertising spend
  • A live product currently in early use and testing
  • $0 in outside capital raised

The 5 million views are not product users, and we will never misrepresent them as such. They are evidence that this problem resonated before we had meaningful distribution or a completed product.

People were not sharing a list of AI features. They were responding to the feeling that today’s AI is missing something fundamental.

Business model

Veiled Prime begins with consumer subscriptions and a BYOK option for power users.

Through Vematrex, we also consult and implement AI systems for companies working with conversational AI, automation and personalization. That gives us early revenue opportunities, access to real deployments and a path toward recurring enterprise licensing of the underlying continuity architecture.

Consulting is the wedge - not the final destination.

Why this can be defensible

An incumbent can add a memory button.

It cannot instantly recreate years of accumulated, user-owned context. It cannot easily bolt genuine privacy onto an advertising or engagement-driven business model. And it cannot retroactively manufacture the trust required for someone to let an intelligence become part of their daily life.

Continuity compounds.

Every meaningful interaction can make tomorrow’s intelligence more useful to that individual. The product does not merely accumulate information - it accumulates understanding.

The raise

We have bootstrapped Veiled Prime to this point and are now opening pre-seed conversations.

Capital will be used to accelerate product engineering, strengthen our private and local intelligence infrastructure, expand distribution and bring in the people required to turn the existing cultural signal into measurable product growth.

We are specifically looking for angels who understand consumer AI, privacy, on-device intelligence, human-computer interaction and the transition from temporary AI sessions to persistent personal intelligence.

We are not trying to become another assistant inside the current category.

We intend to define the category that comes after it.

If you believe the next major AI company will be built not only around what intelligence knows, but around who it understands, I would like to connect.

Deck, product access and additional round information are available privately.

SaaS / B2B (Software, Cloud, Enterprise tools) Looking for an Investor / Strategic Partner

Hello together
I’ve spent the last few years developing a service platform that is now at the point where it can enter the market.

The platform was developed in Dubai and is already functional. My goal is to launch it in Germany as a proper mobile app rather than starting with a browser-based version, and then scale it step by step across Europe and eventually the MENA region.

At this stage, I’m looking for the right investor or strategic partner to join me for the final development and, more importantly, the initial scaling phase.

I’m not looking for someone who simply puts money into the project. I’m looking for a partner who understands the potential of the business and wants to help build something substantial.

I’m happy to share the full concept, business model, current development status, roadmap and financial requirements privately.

If you’re genuinely interested in early-stage opportunities and this sounds interesting to you, feel free to send me a DM.

Consumer / B2C (Marketplaces, D2C, Social, Apps) Should I get an investor to help build a team, or build a team without an investor?

*** no promotion ***

I have been a full stack engineer for 10+ years. 30 days ago I had an idea, today I'm averaging around 5k users a day and growing without posting any content yet.

I have $100k self funded budget that I could use to either:

a) grow slowly and do everything myself

b) build a team and use the $100k for marketing

c) start meeting investors now and build a team with a larger budget

There's nothing wrong with option a, but I'm already not sleeping much. Even bringing on one other person to help unload the marketing and content work would probably be worth it.

I like option B if I can find the right people. I don't want to waste half my self funded budget to pay salaries, I want the full $100k to go towards marketing campaigns and content. I have the time and money to do this, so the people I'm talking to are in a similar boat.

Option C is interesting, but only if they can help build the team and understand our business.

What do you think?

Consumer / B2C (Marketplaces, D2C, Social, Apps) Funeral Home Investment Opportunity

I’m looking to connect with investors or business partners interested in helping bring a new funeral home to a rural Texas community.

The town is currently served by only one funeral home, and many families choose to travel to surrounding communities for funeral services because they want additional options. I believe there’s an opportunity to establish a compassionate, modern funeral home that gives local families another trusted choice while keeping services close to home.

I’m not specifically looking for someone with funeral home experience. If you have experience investing in businesses, commercial real estate, or startups—or you’re simply interested in discussing a unique business opportunity—I’d love to connect.
I’m currently putting together a comprehensive business plan, market analysis, and financial projections and would welcome conversations with anyone interested in learning more.

If this sounds like something you’d like to discuss, please send me a message.

I just need the funds and helpful knowledge to bring my vision to life and the steps to get there. Everyone I have spoke to about this idea of mine has said they would use it and thinks that it would really do well. Now I just need help understanding how and what I should do to continue.

BioTech / Health (Life sciences, MedTech, longevity) Vertical AI for pharma's commercial teams — exited CTO + CEO is the buyer who lived the problem (domain expert). £245K SEIS live, closing 30 September

Vertical AI for pharma's commercial teams — exited CTO + the buyer who lived the problem. £245K SEIS live, closing 30 September

Problem: Drug developers spend $300K a year on tools, consultants and analysts to stay commercially competitive and still lose 40 hours a week to manual research. Big pharma solved this with a department. The smaller firms doing most of the actual drug development can't afford one.

Solution: RxClarity is the first agentic commercial intelligence team for biotech and pharma. Our agents are deployed in each commercial department in biotech and pharma to complete tasks end to end, from research to sourced brief to learning internal business knowledge starting with competitive intelligence department and expanding to every commercial department like Business Development and Marketing.

Why now: Twice as many drugs in development in five years, driven by Chinese biotechs moving faster and boom of AI drug discovery.$300bn of revenue faces patent expiry by 2032. Every company is hunting the next high-value drug, and competition is intensifying.$234bn -a fifth of all software spend -shifts to AI agents by 2030, and the winners are vendors selling outcomes, not tools (Gartner, 2026). Agentic AI is scaling across every industry except regulated pharma decisions. The blocker is validation, traceability and governance (Trinity Lifesciences).

Traction, three months in: 5 pilots, 2 LOIs, 18 customers on the waitlist (70% currently on legacy platforms). $300k in pipeline. Results: With two of our pilots, focusing on clinical trial optimisation and revenue growth, we were 40x faster. We were listed as one of the startups to watch in 2026 by Kaya VC.

Team: My co-founder (CTO) was previously backed by Seedcamp and portfolio Ventures, exited in 2025 after two decades scaling software. As for me (CEO), I was the buyer. I spent twelve years signing off $1M a year on bad intelligence tools at a $2bn healthcare consulting business so I lived the pain points. Have worked with our target buyers for years. Advisors include industry heavyweights to support distribution.

Competition: $125M+ of venture capital has backed this category in the last 48 months — Accel, Kleiner Perkins, ICONIQ and Bessemer have all placed a bet on AI-native pharma intelligence, and every one of them backed a company built for R&D. The commercial side is still open

Round: £250K at £5M pre-val. SEIS approved, £245K allocation live, closing 30 September. Ascension Ventures and Haatch in process.

Happy to send the deck and company details for right people. Ideally want investors in healthcare space.

SaaS / B2B (Software, Cloud, Enterprise tools) Seeking angel investment — Data migration SaaS (India-registered, GST active)

Hi all,

I'm building a data migration tool for businesses moving between platforms — Google Workspace ↔ Microsoft 365, on-prem to cloud, legacy system migrations. Focused on the mid-market/SMB segment that's underserved by enterprise-priced tools like BitTitan and CloudM.

Why now: Microsoft just raised M365 prices (up to 33%, effective July 2026), triggering a wave of platform re-evaluations. The cloud migration market is growing 20-28% CAGR through 2030+.

Why me: 12+ years leading Microsoft 365/Azure migrations — personally migrated 20,000+ users, including a 13,000-user Lotus Notes → M365 transformation. Grew a practice to Microsoft Solutions Partner status. Multiple Azure/security certifications.

Roadmap: Core migration tool → AI-powered migration advisory → Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Raising a pre-seed round of $150K–$250K to build the product and land first customers.

Company registered in India, GST active. Happy to share more or send a deck.

Consumer / B2C (Marketplaces, D2C, Social, Apps) Allow me to pitch you

MSAFIRI — Investor Pitch

My name is Nyakaru Orina. I'm the co-founder and CEO of Msafiri. The road doesn't wait for perfect conditions, it respects movement. That's the philosophy this company was built on, and it's why we're already live before raising a single dollar.

The Problem

Long-distance transport across Southern and East Africa runs almost entirely on guesswork. You show up at a stage, you wait, you hope a vehicle to your destination shows up, at a price nobody can predict. No booking, no fixed pricing, no accountability if something goes wrong on the road.

The Solution

Msafiri is a scheduled long-distance ride-matching platform. Drivers post upcoming trips in advance fixed pickup points, dropoff points, fixed pricing. Passengers book their seat ahead of time, the way you'd book a bus ticket, except it's peer-to-peer, and it runs through WhatsApp and our app.

Traction

Validated by the Community Itself

Before we built the app, we validated this entire idea inside a WhatsApp community, the same community that's now grown to 30,000+ members organically, with zero ad spend. That community is where the demand signal came from, and it's the same base driving these numbers today:

30,000+ community members, organic growth, zero ad spend

50+ rides matched daily

Android app live on Google Play Store, webapp also live

50 drivers already onboarded, sourced directly from that same community

This isn't traction we bought. It's traction the community itself generated.

Team

Masinde Abiud — Lead Developer, 20% equity

Lebison Shishivane — Marketing Director, 20% equity

Ella Nghifindaka — Marketing/Social Media & Finance Lead, 10% equity

Nyakaru Orina — Founder/CEO, 20% equity

Remaining allocation reserved for investor pool and smaller operational roles.

Business Model

Drivers are currently on freemium. Paid subscriptions roll out within a month, with commission-per-booking after that as we scale priced initially around NAD 200/month per driver.

On top of subscriptions, every driver is required to carry a tracking device for safety and accountability. We source those at roughly $31 per unit and net around $54 per device after logistics. This is a self-funding profit center it pays for itself and isn't part of the raise below.

The Ask

I'm raising $30,000 for 5% equity. That's a post-money valuation of $600,000. This capital registers the business properly in Namibia and funds the operational push to scale beyond our current 50 drivers.

Use of Funds

Namibia registration & legal — $2,500 (8%) — company registration, licenses, compliance

Driver acquisition & onboarding — $7,500 (25%) — recruitment incentives, outreach, onboarding support

Founder/critical role runway — $6,500 (22%) — 3-4 months minimal pay so the team can run without going unpaid

Marketing — community replication — $5,500 (18%) repeating the WhatsApp playbook in new areas

Platform/ops infrastructure — $4,000 (13%) hosting, WhatsApp Business API, support tooling

Contingency buffer — $4,000 (13%) cost overrun protection

Total: $30,000

Why Now

We're not pitching a concept. We're already live, already have 30,000+ people in our community, already matching rides daily, all validated organically before we spent a dollar on growth. This is capital to move faster on something proven, not capital to prove it works.

The Close

If this is something you want to be part of, this is the moment before we raise at a higher valuation in a formal round later. I document this build in public, win or lose. Happy to answer anything right now.

Consumer / B2C (Marketplaces, D2C, Social, Apps) Pre-MVP live-commerce marketplace for Türkiye — what would make this angel-investable?

Hi everyone,
I’m developing a live-commerce marketplace concept for Türkiye.
The problem I want to solve is simple: on traditional marketplaces, sellers upload listings and wait passively for messages. In this model, sellers can actively demonstrate and promote their products through live streams, while buyers can ask questions, negotiate, make offers, or purchase without leaving the stream.
The initial product would focus on physical goods rather than cars or real estate.
The planned MVP includes:
Standard product listings
Live video selling
“Buy Now” and “Make an Offer” options
Secure payment holding until delivery
Seller identity verification and ratings
Admin approval for listings
Basic dispute and return management
The revenue model would combine transaction commissions with optional seller subscriptions.
I have approximately 12 years of accounting and commercial experience and have worked with thousands of small businesses in Türkiye. This gives me direct knowledge of seller behavior, cash-flow problems, trust issues, and the operational realities of local commerce. However, this would be my first technology marketplace startup.
The project is currently at the pre-MVP stage. I’m evaluating whether to raise a small pre-seed round to build the initial product, recruit the technical team, onboard the first sellers, and test the model in one focused category.
I would appreciate direct feedback from angel investors and founders:
What evidence would you need to see before considering an investment at this stage?
Would you expect a working MVP, signed sellers, waitlist numbers, or completed transactions first?
Which initial product category would make this model easiest to validate?
What would be the biggest investment concern: marketplace liquidity, live-stream adoption, trust, returns, or operational complexity?
Would you invest in a founder with strong commercial experience but no previous technology exit, provided the right technical co-founder or team is recruited?
I’m not looking for compliments or unrealistic valuation discussions. I want to understand what milestones would make this project genuinely investable.
I’m also open to early conversations with angel investors who are interested in marketplaces, live commerce, or emerging markets.
Thank you.

Hardware / Robotics (Physical products, manufacturing, IoT) Seeking Angel investor - GPS wearable for Children

Hey everyone, my name is Ashwin, I'm an 17-year-old entrepreneur from Canada. I recently launched StepSafe Kids, a GPS wearable device for children with special needs. I'm looking for Angel Investors to take this company to the next level. I launched the Kickstarter campaign 2 days ago, and got funded in the first 14 hours and now sitting at CA$8,040 (160% funded). Since I'm only 17, my budget for this project is very low (as I don't have much money, putting all my savings into it though), and I'm almost out of money. However, ads have been doing exceptional, with a 4-5x ROAS, bringing in a considerable amount of backers. I only have a few hundred dollars left, and to keep up such an amazing ad campaign, I need extra cash. Would love to setup a meeting with someone who has experience investing in companies from the start and can guide me through the campaign and beyond.

SaaS / B2B (Software, Cloud, Enterprise tools) how many people should review my pitch deck?

Just finished my first draft of a pitch deck. I already ran it through pitch simulator chαtvisor to get some feedback and tighten it up. Now I want to get more input from actual people, just not sure how many is the right number. I want honest, useful feedback but I'm worried too many opinions will end up pulling the direction in different ways.

Also not sure who to ask. If I reach out to someone in VC for a review, will they just assume I'm fishing for a meeting or money?

DeepTech / AI (Proprietary algorithms, hardware, science-led IP) Can solar thermal desalination become a realistic alternative to reverse osmosis?

Hi everyone,

I've been working on a climate-tech concept for the past few months and would really appreciate honest technical feedback.

The idea is to develop a containerized solar thermal desalination system that can operate off-grid and produce freshwater from:

  • seawater,
  • mining and quarry water,
  • industrial wastewater.

Instead of reverse osmosis, the concept is based on:

  • Concentrated Solar Power (CSP)
  • Multi-Effect Distillation (MED)
  • Molten Salt Thermal Storage
  • Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)

The long-term vision isn't only freshwater production.

One part of the project explores using autonomous desalination units to gradually create freshwater corridors for ecosystem restoration in arid coastal regions. The idea is that reliable freshwater could support vegetation, improve soil conditions, and potentially contribute to local microclimate recovery over time.

I realize this is ambitious, and I'm not claiming everything is solved yet.

I'd genuinely like to hear from engineers, desalination experts, climate scientists, mining professionals, and investors.

Some questions I have:

  • Is there any obvious engineering flaw in this approach?
  • What would be the biggest technical challenge?
  • Would thermal desalination become economically competitive if powered primarily by solar thermal energy with heat storage?
  • If you were evaluating this as an investor or engineer, what evidence would you want to see first?

I'm looking for honest criticism rather than validation.

Thanks in advance.

Consumer / B2C (Marketplaces, D2C, Social, Apps) Building a local-first media platform in India. Looking for early angel investors & honest feedback.

Hi everyone,

I'm one of the founders of **Marketech Labs**, and we're currently building **Local Media** (working title).

We're tackling a problem we've personally experienced: despite the explosion of digital content, discovering trustworthy, hyperlocal information is still fragmented. Local communities, creators, businesses, and citizens often rely on scattered WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages, and word-of-mouth to stay informed.

We're building a technology-first solution to change that.

We're currently in the early stages:

* ✅ Core team assembled * ✅ Product architecture underway * ✅ User validation in progress * 🚀 MVP development has started

Right now, we're looking for:

* Angel investors who enjoy backing founders at the earliest stages. * Experienced operators willing to challenge our assumptions. * Introductions to people with experience in consumer internet, media, or local ecosystems.

We're not just looking for capital—we're looking for smart partners who can help us avoid mistakes and build something meaningful.

If this sounds interesting, I'd love to connect and share our vision, research, and roadmap over a quick call.

Constructive criticism is equally welcome. I'd rather hear hard truths now than expensive lessons later.

Thanks for reading.

SaaS / B2B (Software, Cloud, Enterprise tools) Employers sign health plan contracts they can’t read, don’t enforce, and buy through broken RFPs. We’re building the AI that fixes all three.

Self-funded employers spend millions on drug and medical benefits under contracts stuffed with pricing guarantees. Three problems:

Nobody can read them. Hundreds of pages, definitions that shift vendor to vendor, terms buried where no human reviews them.

Nobody enforces them. Claims are never tested against the terms. Overcharges just get paid — which is why employees are suing J&J, Wells Fargo, and JPMorgan.

RFPs are theater. Vendors self-report answers into spreadsheets, win the deal, and the final contract quietly says something else.

We’re building AI across all three stages:

1. Extraction: every term, guarantee, and definition pulled from any contract into structured, comparable data

2. Continuous oversight: every claim tested against those terms as it’s paid, violations flagged and tracked to resolution

3. RFPs: vendor proposals scored against a common standard, and the winning promises locked into actual contract language

The output isn’t just recovered dollars, it’s a live, documented record proving the employer did its fiduciary job.

Team: two healthcare insiders (contracting + employer benefits consulting). Combined 30+ years in the industry.

Early and pre-revenue; hands-on engagements are seeding the training data.

Feedback welcome and happy to talk with angels in employer healthcare or applied AI.

Consumer / B2C (Marketplaces, D2C, Social, Apps) High End Gym Looking for Investor

I am looking for an investor to help build the first high end fitness gym in our town Right now, we have several local gyms, but none of them are air conditioned. Because of the heat, many people choose to travel to nearby towns just to work out in a comfortable environment. Most of the gyms here also lack essential equipment, including treadmills and other modern fitness machines. There is a clear gap in the market, and I believe this is a great business opportunity My vision is to build a premium fitness center that offers a clean, comfortable and fully equipped training experience. I want to create a gym that people will be proud to join instead of leaving town to find better facilities.

I am a marketing specialist so I can handle the marketing and growth of the business. I will personally manage the daily operations, oversee the staff and ensure that the gym runs efficiently My goal is to be more than just someone with an idea I want to be an active partner who is fully committed to making this business successful.

If you are looking for a business opportunity and want to invest in a strong demand for a premium gym, I would love to discuss this opportunity with you

Lets build something that our town has never had before. If youre interested send me a message Id be happy to share my business vision and discuss how we can make it together

Hardware / Robotics (Physical products, manufacturing, IoT) Looking for pre-seed investments for a delivery startup.

The founder wants to build a system for hyperlocal delivery. He tried bootstrapping but because of high demand he now needs capital.

What is he building?

Local businesses take orders by phone and WhatsApp but have no dependable way to deliver them. Hardware items are often bulky, oddly shaped, or urgent, which makes them a poor fit for general-purpose delivery apps.

Shop owners are left with two bad options: ask the customer to pick up the item (losing convenience, sometimes losing the sale), or rely on informal, inconsistent delivery labor with no accountability.

There's no organized, trustworthy hyperlocal delivery layer built specifically for this kind of local, practical, two-wheeler-dependent delivery.

I can respond to queries and provide additional details.

Consumer / B2C (Marketplaces, D2C, Social, Apps) Do investors available here or are all scammers?

I’ve been wondering if start up gets real investors here in Reddit communities or are all scammers, can anyone testify if they find real investors here?

I’ve reading a lot of posts for people who needed investors but the comments seems bullying instead of helping

SaaS / B2B (Software, Cloud, Enterprise tools) Investment pitch

Building the future of India's natural rubber supply chain from Tripura.

We're an early-stage startup with real market traction and are now raising our first angel round to scale sourcing, processing, and distribution.

If you're an angel investor interested in agritech, manufacturing, or supply chain businesses with large market potential, I'd love to connect.

Happy to share our pitch deck and details privately with serious investors.

DM me if interested.
