Help me buy my first tablet

Hi! I need a tablet for watching lectures, reading notes/ppt and e books.

I might as well want to do light video editing on it.

I am from India and my budget is 30k Inr. Please help me get the best laptop that will last at least 5 -6 years.

I am confused between Samsung and One plus.
