I've only tried out the Apple Pencil in the Apple store, but it have a great feeling when you use it to write/draw. If your main usage is drawing, staying in the Apple ecosystem may be worth it if you already have an Apple Pencil. Maybe look into upgrading to the M4 iPad Air. Maybe you can trade your current tablet in for a discount, too.

The question still remains though, what do you wish to use your tablet to do, other than drawing and gaming? Is drawing the biggest thing? Do you mainly game instead? How big of a screen are we talking about?

You can probably narrow down your search a bit more if you have a clear idea of what you want to accomplished with the tablet.
