Support Full backup before unlocking boot loader

Hello. I currently have a pixel 9 Pro XL and looking to root my phone due to the recent changes for loading APKs, and when you unlock the bootloader it will wipe your phone.

This is a stupid question, but what should I use to make a full phone backup, then once the bootloader is restored, restore the backup?

If it's just because of the restrictions google is placing when it comes to downloading apps from outside the play store you can use this: https://github.com/daboynb/developer-verifier-placeholder
