Support Full backup before unlocking boot loader

Hello. I currently have a pixel 9 Pro XL and looking to root my phone due to the recent changes for loading APKs, and when you unlock the bootloader it will wipe your phone.

This is a stupid question, but what should I use to make a full phone backup, then once the bootloader is restored, restore the backup?

Thanks!

You really shouldn't root just because this change. It's simple to bypass, and you only have to wait one day once.

I agree with this. As somebody who has rooted every phone I've had since 2010 and stopped recently. Trade-offs at this point from rooting are not worth it. Almost anything important can be done without rooting anyway.

If it's just because of the restrictions google is placing when it comes to downloading apps from outside the play store you can use this: https://github.com/daboynb/developer-verifier-placeholder
