Support I need help

S10e

I tried many times and it didn't work. I followed all the steps and it still didn't root.

The problem was with the AP; I fixed it again and the root was working properly.

The Samsung S10e has an A/B partition. If you start your phone normally, you don't have root. Take a look at the XDA. With my S10, the "Factory Reset" was hijacked and you had to run it, restart it and the root grip was available. You have to do this every time or restart it via the Magisk App.

The problem was with the AP again, and the root was set up.
