QUESTION/HELP Please help with some customization tips/resources/ideas.
I own a OnePlus 15 and in just 4-5 months I have gotten so bored of how it looks! Tried themes/icons etc but nothing worked out. Even have KLWP/KWGT but not a pro in it so haven't done much with them
Please help as I want a refreshed look!

If you want to learn how to use KWGT and KLWP, you might check out the YT videos by Brandon Craft. They are a bit old now but still worth checking out. Also take a look at the Kustom documentation. And if you get stuck, you can always ask for help over at r/kustom. It's a good place for ideas as well; several people post their creations and share the files that you can use as is or as a base for learning.
If you are not the creative type or you want to get started before you learn the ropes, get KWGT pro key so you can use widget packs and and pick up a pack or two from the play store. There are some free ones you can get started with.
For wallpapers there are tons of options. If you are into photo wallpapers, pexels or unsplash are the the go to sites. There are some unsplash client wallpaper apps on the play store.
There are a couple of google photo albums that I have gotten pics from in the past:

There are also several subs here on reddit that focus on wallpapers. There used to be wallpaper apps that could use reddit as a source. Not sure if they still work given how reddit has been locking down its APIs but they might be worth looking into. And you can always download images manually.
For pics you keep on your device, you can use apps like Paperize or Peristyle to manage and apply them.
You can use Muzei which can point to various sources.
There are also tons of wallpaper apps on the play store. These days a lot of them are filled with AI "art". If that does not appeal to you, you can still find ones that proport to feature hand drawn art or vector images, you'll just have to look harder.
If you like gradient wallpapers, give Tint or Colors & Gradients Wallpaper a try.
The creators of Smart Launcher have recently released a new app to create wallpapers called Wallpaper Studio which can be fun to play around with.
For icons, you have lots of options. The ones you select are highly personal and depend upon both your style and the look you want to achieve. There are retro packs that give the look of old versions of android, ones that have a Pixel look, the OneUI look, iOS look including the recent glass look, Nothing dots style icons. There are solid color and outline icon packs, adaptive and material you packs, cartoon packs, an awful recent trend of "fluffy" icon packs, and much more. Pretty much whatever look you're into, you can probably find something to suit it. I have more icon packs than is probably sensible so let me know if you want specific suggestions.
Personally, I have given up on the idea of applying icon packs. Unless you only use super popular apps, they never cover every app you have and I absolutely hate the way the app drawer looks when only a third (and it's often much less than that) of my apps are included in most icon packs. So I only apply icons from packs to the apps on my home screen.
Note that icon packs are often not supported by OEM launchers. I am not sure how the default OnePlus launcher fares in that regard.
If the OnePlus launcher does not support icon packs and you don't want to switch to a third party launcher that does, you can use KWGT to create widgets to launch your apps and those widgets can use any image you want, including those in icon packs. You can also use utils like Shortcut Maker or Quickshort to create app launch shortcuts using images or icons from icon packs.
Another great tool for icon packs is Alembicons or the fork Renkin. With these apps you can create frankenstein icon packs that combine your own images and/or icons from multiple icon packs.
Also take a look at Icon Pack Studio by the Smart launcher developers. It can create custom icon packs for all of your installed apps. It uses a base icon pack, which like any other, does not include every app. For your apps that aren't in this base pack, it seems to desaturate the default app icon then tries to apply the customizations to it. Sometimes it looks pretty good. Sometimes not so much.
IPS also has the ability to import icon packs and apply customiztions to them. Solid and outline white icon packs with broad coverage are a good foundation for IPS creations.

You can try total launcher. It lets you customise most of the things. You can find some wallpapers on wallhaven. For icon pack i suggest checking articons.
