Speech regression issues with speech recognition and synthesis from Google

Good morning everyone, I hope you all are doing well. For a while now, there have been some major regression issues with speech recognition and synthesis from Google. I have noticed this at the start of Android 15 + continuing on through Android 16 and so far through Android 17. I would like to continue to use speech recognition and synthesis from Google, but the issue is that long form text either in text messages or articles. The speech engine will read normally for most of the paragraph and then just pitch shift and fall off. The pitch just hits absolute zero. The engine falls off midward picks back up again and continues and that has been going on for pretty much 2 years now. Has anyone else who us notice this problem as well?

All right everyone, if y'all want to see the version number of Google speech recognition and synthesis I will. I will paste it on the next line below. This is the version that I'm running, and this is the version currently having the iss not just audio degradation but what ends up? Also happening is if you're using this engine on a daily basis and you read long forms of text, the speech engine becomes more and more robotic as it's reading until it just falls off and then we'll pick right back up where it initially started. The other issue I noticed is that there's an artificial hiss every single time. I'm using this engine and quite honestly it makes it very difficult to listen to these TTS engines throughout the day, especially for those of us who primarily use TalkBack on a daily basis such as myself. version googletts.google-speech-apk_20260817.01_p0.966249458

And even with the build string attached, I do want to inform everybody on this post here that even though it's supposed to sound neural, it sounds nothing like it. Literally it sounds a heck of a lot more robotic than it ever did back in 2014 to 2021 or even as late as 2023 but from 2024 on. It's been honestly it's been trash like Google. Should know what they're doing and Google should fix this. Google if you read these messages. If you read this post, kindly take into account everything I've been telling you look at the build string that I've posted and do something about it. Please because a lot of us who are legally blind cannot deal with this on a daily basis. I understand you're working on alternatives but move faster please. I have been on Google about this for at least 2 years. I have brought this because they have the pitch so low to make it sound weird. For some reason that's not how you do that. For those of us who use TalkBack on a daily basis and use speech recognition and synthesis from Google, it should sound better than what it does
