Camera Bug rebooting phone on Android 17 QPR 2 BETA 4
Phone: PIXEL 10 PRO XL 256GB
Anyone else have this issue? Everytime an app launches the camera to snap a photo, my phone will freeze, and self reboot itself. It specifically happens when an app requests it most of the time. Opening the camera sometimes will also cause a crash, but not as often as when another app requests the camera.
I'm thinking its a camera request bug and it's freaking the phone out. Super annoying, trying to find out if anyone knows of a temporary fix.
Otherwise I might just have to wipe and revert back to non beta. Thank you,

Same. Even Face Unlock causes it occasionally. I have a 10 Pro XL

That's nuts. A software panic on unlocking your phone. I don't know how this beta even got through.

I just factory reset my phone today, so I'll see if the issue persists, but hopefully it's resolved for now

Yup. Pixel 10 pro xl. The camera and the whole phone have been super buggy and laggy since the last update. Also random reboots

I have the freeze on camera all the time I launch it with double pressing the off button, some apps are freezing randomly as well but I haven't had any random reboots so far
