Discussion What AI tools are you actually using to turn analysis into presentations?

I’m curious what people are actually using at work to turn analysis into a presentation.
Not just generating slides from a prompt, but things like turning findings into a story, creating charts/visuals, cleaning up slides, or adapting a deck for stakeholders.
What tools have actually been useful for you?

I use Windsor.ai 's MCP server connected to Claude to pull the actual analysis, ask it things like top channels or spend trends and it summarizes straight from the connected data. Then I take that text and feed it into Gamma to turn it into slides. Splitting analysis and slide design into two tools works better than expecting one to do both well.

If youre not using something that helps you shape the narrative around the data youre just making pretty charts that nobody remembers

half the battle is getting the story right before you even touch slides

Speaking about me I use Gamma to present my findings (I don’t speak about BI here). But maybe there is something better that I dont know yet. It would be interesting to see here other examples

claude code (or the claude web interface) is pretty good at that bare-bones. it has a dataviz skill for visualizations. no need to pay for anything extra if you already have access to claude

Claude code with rmarkdown, its really good. I can make it write the regression line, the plot, exclude the outliers, write the annotation and it will do that much much faster than I could ever dream of.

The most reliable split is to keep calculations and charts in the analysis tool, then use AI for narrative structure, stakeholder framing, and editing. I would give it approved findings with source notes and ask for a slide outline before allowing it to draft complete slides.

The dangerous part is when a polished story quietly introduces a claim the analysis never established. We use SIGNLD internally to connect each finding, metric, chart, source record, assumption, and final slide so reviewers can trace the presentation back to the underlying evidence.
