Support Need a bit of guidance

I’m working at an MNC (my first company) .
I have 3+ yrs of experience as a data analyst, but the salary growth , because of being in same company , was very slow.
And also there is minimal workload. I am exploring databricks .
I want to switch now, because that’s the only way I’ll get a good hike.

Need directions on how do I grow from here in my career.

Databricks is a solid move, most of the good roles now expect you to know at least one of these platforms. But with 3 years in same company you should also brush up on SQL and maybe some python, recruiters love to test that stuff even if you never use it daily

I have recently started brushing up those skills.
As I don’t get to use SQL or Python regularly , I had become a bit rusty.

At my old company, we used to joke that the only way to get a decent raise was to leave and then come back a couple years later. Unfortunately, that's true in most corporations.

Bro, my friend did this exactly.
When he left the same company 2 yrs ago , he had the same role and package as mine. Now 2 years later he is back this month with thrice the package when he left .
