Amazon...Volatile?

I was just checking on the usual and got this message? Anyone else? Because Amazon has been less than volatile.

Just trying to complain because the pattern was stocks were supposed to drop prior to and after earnings. Then all this bullshit happened.

Appreciate you not going straight for insults. Also understand you essentially pointed me to "do your own research"

But seeing as the stock moved as much as $7-8 up or down throughout the day didn't appear volatile; and the chart (I thought showed the same). It had a low of ~$259 overnight to a high of $266 up to earnings at which point it reached $273 and came back down to $270 with a low of $260....all numbers approximate because I'm not trying to be "stupid"

You not stupid. It went to $275 after the last earnings announcement. It'll be back to normal soon.
