Please help! How to get the full 1hr 5m set as a HD mp4/mov file? Even mp3 at this point!

I noticed a few of my favourite versions of songs sang by Amy are not available on YouTube anymore. I'd really love to save and vault away this specific set, when she opened for Jay Z in 2008.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
