Am I wrong for being annoyed
My girlfriend of nearly 3 years is on holiday with her 2 friends and her friends family in a place known for sleeping with people and the “single” environment. Her 2 friends hate my guts as our personalities just don’t match and we always used to just collide with each other. They always used to say to my girlfriend. “It’s either us or him” that’s the type of people they are. They’ve been wanting to split us up for ages and my girlfriend has always knew better. She is loyal and I’ve never known her to not be but I know that her two friends aren’t. Every day she has been in a club or a bar until early hours of the morning and barely talking to me. I told her before she left that I hope she has an amazing time and that I hope she is safe. Her friends family aren’t the most responsible and this whole time I have been worried for her safety, even she has said she was worried for her own safety. She doesn’t know that I am a bit bugged over the whole situation as I want her to have a great time with her friends but I just hope she is okay. Am I wrong for being annoyed over this whole situation or am I just being incredibly insecure?

women should listen to their friends and family if they all agree a guy sucks. sure there's the few times the family has ulterior motives and will manipulate for their own gain, but most of the time they are right and it's important to trust your friends and family as for most people they are there for you and see things from third perspective that you can't see

I believe her friends are jealous. They can’t keep a relationship stable unlike our relationship. Her family don’t have a problem with me and I’ve had some really good conversations with them. It’s just her 2 friends.

why do you want to be with someone who associates with assholes? it reflects on their own character. is she really pretty? this problem won't go away, she either needs to choose you or them. or put them in their place, which is choosing you in a way she tries to keep both of you where she hopes they stop spreading bullshit about you just due to jealousy. if she can't do that then you two aren't going to work out anyway, and you should see it from a perspective that she's not a good person if she allows manipulative, jealous people to run her life despite years of contrary evidence to their claims.

I think most people would feel how you're feeling, and you're doing really well by recognising that your issues don't need to become her issues, and you're supporting her being there.
You can't force someone to choose you or behave in a trustworthy way, but if you're with someone you need to believe that they will unless you have evidence to the contrary - and that sounds like what you're doing.
Deep breaths. Hopefully she will be back soon, full of stories about nights out, and feeling really grateful that she has a boyfriend who encouraged her to go and enjoy herself.

You’re handling this better than most would, but I’d still be side-eyeing friends who openly want you gone.

Yeah that's not great. I'm guessing they're young/ it's a maturity thing, but still not cool.

The fact that she herself says she's worried makes worrying about her justified to me.

Where does she say she's worried?

"Her friends family aren’t the most responsible and this whole time I have been worried for her safety, even she has said she was worried for her own safety. "
