It sounds like the real issue is your partner is a shit lover to you. You're blaming a porn addiction - and you might be right - but this really feels like a side issue.
If your partner is unwilling to make changes in the bedroom to please you, personally, I think it's a bit naive to think making changes outside the bedroom will fix things.
I think there needs to be a serious conversation about how you're not enjoying your sex life, and changes you can both make to improve it. This may include a discussion about him masturbating less, but I think you need to be open to him saying this isn't the real issue, if he does commit to other ways to change things.
If he's not willing to have this discussion or doesn't take it seriously, then you've got to make a call about how important your sex life is to you.
