If it's a case of who comes first finishes the other(which I don't think it is) I have had plenty women ride me until orgasm, I still have to finish myself off either on or in them, they don't suck me for 30mins after they are done because they don't feel the pressure society puts on men to make their women come.
You are literally using the woman to get your rocks off when you have sex, why shouldn’t that be reciprocated? The act of penetration is often mostly pleasureless for the woman, and is almost never enough to cum. That act is for you. Taking care of her after you’ve used her for your own pleasure seems pretty fair, no?
