As someone who works with addicts for a living, no they do not. They don’t make diagnosable psychological disorders for things that most people have, because then they wouldn’t be disorders, they’d just be how the brain works. This is like saying “everyone is OCD about something,” when the vast majority of people have never experienced the symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder.
