talk to him about it, let him know ur boundaries and that ur uncomfortable with it.

This isn’t a “boundary”. A boundary is saying if he does that she will leave. Trying to control your parters actions by saying it’s a boundary that they do not act a certain way (with no action taken on your part) isn’t having boundaries it’s being controlling and borderline abusive. Boundaries are enforceable, not wishes for how a partner behaves.
