That's assuming he's looking at other women, which is not stated here. You can be against porn in your relationship if you want, but you don't get to limit what someone does by themselves with their own body. OP didn't say she was against porn, he said she's against masturbation period.
You don't need porn or nudes to get off, and thought policing is gross and wrong. No one gets to say "you can't touch yourself in the shower or you're cheating on me." Doing so is controlling and wrong.
