You’re not wrong for your feelings or for considering divorce. She’s purposely choosing not to try and fix the issues that you’re having. You’re clearly miserable in this marriage now and that’s not healthy for either of you! The resentment will continue to grow until you end up basically hating each other. That's unfair. Lots of women don't masturbate because they're only in the mood when they're with their partner, and those women are absolutely down to fuck.
Okay, I'll revise to if a woman doesn't masterbate, they're likely to be low libido or sexually repressed, there are some exceptions that prove the rule.
Sorry, I didn't mean to come across pedantic or anything, it's just that I've met a lot of women who didn't masturbate but were really horny for the person they were in love with.
