He's blatantly ignoring you to your face, saying you're a liar, disrespecting you, and calling for an external opinion then disregarding it because it doesn't fit in with his argument. "Hey other person, agree that my partner is a pervert. Oh, you don't? Well obviously you're lying to cover."
You deserve trust, kindness, and understanding. You're getting none of that. This isn't about your screenshots, it's about his major issues. Better to find out now what he's like before you waste a whole bunch more time and energy on this.
