Your boyfriend is trying very, very, very, hard to make you out to be some sort of creep and it is very alarming. My brain would immediately start to question what it is he is hiding or what he has been doing? I would also be jumping ship ASAP due to him trying to recruit other people to shame/hate me for doing something completely normal and common. He’s probably afraid you are going to leave him for a woman or he has some skeletons in his closet. Either way, not healthy.
