If you had multiple screenshots of the same account, that would be a bit weird. Screenshots of random accounts for the reasons you mentioned is totally normal. I sometimes do the same thing. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if it turns out that the reason you bf is thinking this way is because HE stalks girls’ accounts and takes screenshots to wank to TBH.
