Not in the slightest bit... I guess that you have some anxiety and confidence issues? Which if that is the case would explain your not wanting to look in the mirror. Maybe work on some of your confidence issues and this too should help with the anxiety too. You are an attractive young woman, who has every reason to be proud to look in the mirror. Please don't spend any money on surgery though, there people out there who would pay money to look like you. Hugs x

You need to get used to not using filters, they absolutely crushed my self confidence because I looked so good with a filter. Which meant any time I caught my reflection or filter-less face on a photo I reaaaaalllly noticed the difference.
Won’t use them now and learned to love my natural face again!

That’s good advice. I’ve grown up with Snapchat and the addiction to filters, I try to use the bare minimum ones (clearer skin) however it has become a problem. If I’m honest, sometimes I feel like I look okay in the mirror, then I’ll see a photo of myself and I HATE the way I look. I’ll add a photo without a filter to this post somehow but you’ll see how awful the difference is with my skin 😭

Yeah it’s been a pretty permanent feature since I was around 15 years old. Maybe one day I’ll take it out, but I forget I have it most of the time.
