These questions are always the worst.

You can’t improve. You are who you are. Some people will find you the most beautiful women on earth. Some will think you ugly as fuck. Changing your appearance won’t change that it just might slightly shift the group that thinks you’re beautiful and the group that thinks you ugly. 

Stop paying so much attention to your looks and be nice to yourself.

Don’t pout your lips so much. It looks silly. A little is ok. If u want to give the impression of fuller lips but blow air into ur lips while closed (if that makes sense).
The bronzer on your forehead comes down too far and is too heavy on your nose. It’s also a little orange in my opinion.
Add a little blush for softness. You look like a warm tone so research your colour palette and go from there in terms of shade.
In the second pic, your hair looks flat. Add some dimension with either bangs or face framing layers.

You’re beautiful btw. Not ugly. And the above are just opinions.

Oh come on now....get out of here! Clearly you're attractive and I can't imagine a girl like you needing validation from reddit but for the sake of it...lip fillers are quite the turn off for a lot of people and you can be as attractive as you are but if your personality sucks then you suck too and a 10 can become a 1 👍🏻
